This noon lecture will feature Rajiv Kumar, Director of the Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations (ICRIER). He will discuss the role of India in shaping future global governance through the G-20 process or in other fora. Recent electoral results provide the Indian economy with the best possible conditions to push forward on its development agenda. It remains to be seen whether or not this opportunity will be seized and whether or not India will be able to play its due role in the global community.
