A new round of negotiations is being initiated on quota formula reform of the IMF, along with efforts to achieve a comprehensive reform of the IMF which will include important new governance reforms. Arvind Virmani’s report will delve into the details and dimensions of quota formula reform. Following the presentation, Ted Truman of the Peterson Institute, will begin the discussion by commenting on the report and presentation.
