A prolific author and authoritative voice in the study of global governance, Andrew F. Cooper is one of the longest-serving experts at CIGI, having joined the organization in 2002. A distinguished fellow, Andrew’s recent research projects focus on national perspectives on the G8 and G20, unconventional diplomacy in areas such as celebrity activism and Caribbean offshore gambling, the interaction of globalization and regionalism in the Americas, and the changing hierarchy in world politics.

Andrew Schrumm is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with CIGI's partner organizations and sponsors, for developing high-value and strategic collaborations and for coordinating effective communication among CIGI's stakeholders.

Andrew Thompson is a research fellow at CIGI specializing in issues related to the advancement of international human rights.

Gregory Chin has experience as a practitioner in policy planning and implementation of foreign policy, and academic training on the study of China, Asia and global affairs. His research focuses on the political economy of China, Asia and global governance. A faculty member at York University (Canada), he joined CIGI in 2007 as a senior fellow, and in 2011 was appointed acting director of the Global Development Program and chair of the China Research Group.

An experienced practitioner and scholar of global trade policy and economic governance, Manmohan Agarwal joined CIGI as a senior visiting fellow in 2008, following a long career at Jawaharlal Nehru University in New Dehli, India, the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank. His current research focuses on the growth of emerging economies and their role within the world economy and international development.
