The CIGI Digital Library is an Open Access online repository comprised of over 15,000 electronic documents gathered from various partnering organizations from around the world. Many of the documents have been added through the Governance Village and Portal for North America projects. All documents are available for free full-text download from anywhere at any time. Documents in the CIGI Digital Library are made available under the terms of the Creative Commons License.
Materials are selected for the CIGI Digital Library’s collection to meet a wide variety of information and research needs. The CIGI Digital Library recognizes that some materials present controversial or unpopular viewpoints. Inclusion of material in the collection does not indicate an endorsement of its content by the Library or the Centre for International Governance Innovation (CIGI). The CIGI Digital Library supports the Canadian Library Association’s Statement on Intellectual Freedom.
