CIGI Senior Fellow

Debra Steger is a CIGI senior fellow and professor at the University of Ottawa, Faculty of Law, where she specializes in the areas of international trade and investment, dispute settlement and governance of international organizations. The first director and chief legal adviser to the World Trade Organization Appellate Body from 1995 to 2001, she is also the founder and leader of the EDGE Network global economic governance projects.
