Greg Brennan, Background

Greg Brennan serves as CIGI’s director of facilities. In this role, he oversees the ongoing care and maintenance of the two CIGI properties: the Woerner Centre and CIGI headquarters. This includes security, fire safety, mechanical systems and renovations as well as the coordination of staff and contractor activities on both sites.

He is also a member on the Campus Construction Committee working in collaboration with the University of Waterloo and Wilfrid Laurier University on the construction of the CIGI Campus next door to CIGI headquarters.

Prior to joining CIGI in 2003, Greg was the facilities manager for Maplesoft and worked for a general contractor in the construction industry.
