International governance, the G8 and globalization

I believe that most of our tools of global governance are currently under significant strain and in need of urgent attention. In the next few minutes, I will discuss some of the key challenges which, in my opinion, the world will have to deal with in the coming decades. I will suggest areas for improvement in our in international governance arrangements and I will examine the place of the G8 in the global governance universe.
