In an interview with CTV journalist Diane Vernile, Jim Balsillie discusses the Balsillie Centre of Excellence.In an announcement on May 25, 2009, $100 million was provided by the Governments of Canada and Ontario, and by Mr. Balsillie, for the building, maintenance and operation of the new Centre.
