The CIGI Campus is a high-end venue in the heart of Waterloo available to non-profit organizations, community groups and businesses for meetings and events. With a variety of modern and historic rooms available, consider holding your next event on campus. Unfortunately, we do not allow rentals for private gatherings such as weddings and parties.
Venue rental is available in the following areas:

The awarded CIGI Campus offers three primary spaces for public rental: a wood-clad, 250-seat auditorium; a grand foyer highlighted by stone and glass; and a landscaped, outdoor courtyard. With three large screens, integrated high-definition cameras, a complete audio-visual system and live HDTV streaming capabilities, the CIGI Campus Auditorium is equipped to provide users with high-end event staging. The Auditorium is equipped with:

- Confidence monitors for presenters
- Five high-definition cameras
- Podium microphones, wireless handheld microphones, wireless lavalier microphones and Q&A microphones
- AV digital signal allowing for live broadcasts, webcasts and recording
- Infrared radiators for translation booth system
- Dimmable house lights
The CIGI Broadcast Studio, provides live broadcasting services for news organizations.
Centrally located in Waterloo, Ontario — this cutting-edge space makes live double-ended interviews simple with fibre optic uplink, IFB, and ISDN capabilities. Several leading international news agencies are already taking advantage of this resource, including: CBC, Bloomberg, CTV, W5 and CNBC.
CIGI experts are available to news organizations for television and radio interviews on a range of pressing global topics, including governance of the global economy, climate change, global security and global development issues.
In addition to media interviews, the CIGI Broadcast Studio is available for external groups that are interested in renting the facilities and services for recording and post-production work.
