Bio
Alex Brouse is finishing his master of arts in global governance at the Balsillie School of International Affairs. He studies Asian security and economic relations, focusing on maritime security and relations between the Association of Southeast Asian Nations and China. He has a B.A. in political science from the University of Waterloo. He is currently at the Centre for Strategic and International Studies in Jakarta, Indonesia, working on maritime disputes in the South China Sea.
