Daniel Drache is Associate Director of the Robarts Centre for Canadian Studies and Professor of Political Science at York University. He has written extensively on globalization, the WTO, North American economic integration and new state forms and practices. His most recent work, Borders Matter: Homeland Security and the Search for North America, Halifax: Fernwood Publishing, 2004 will soon be released in Spanish published by Siglo XXI and in French by Athena Publishing in 2006.
