France is a program assistant for the International Law Research Program at CIGI. She is responsible for coordinating with the deputy directors of the intellectual property and environmental law streams.
Prior to joining CIGI, France was a practicing paralegal at Bulwark Legal Services, advocating in the Ontario Court of Justice and various administrative boards and tribunals across Southwestern Ontario. Prior to her role as a paralegal, France worked as a bookkeeper and administrator for DGC Entertainment. France holds a B.A. in international development with a minor in sociology from the University of Guelph and a graduate certificate in paralegal studies from Conestoga College.
