Bio
Juan Jung is coordinator of regulation and studies in AHCIET, and he is the coordinator of the Centre of Studies of Telecom of Latin America, AHCIET’s think tank for the region.
From his position in AHCIET he has coordinated several studies related to economy and regulation of the industry. He is a member of the program committee of the Latin-American Congress of Telecommunications, and has participated in several seminars and conferences in the region.
Juan is currently part of the Research Advisory Network of the Global Commission on Internet Governance. He holds a degree in economics from the University of the Republic (Uruguay) and a master’s in economics from the University of Barcelona (Spain). Currently he is doing research activities for Ph.D. studies at the University of Barcelona.
