Min Gong

Min Gong is Professor at the Centre for Macroeconomic Research at Xiamen University, China. She holds a PhD in Economics from Fudan University and has been a post-doctoral fellow of the Institution of Economic Research, Hitotsubashi University, Japan.

Min Gong is Professor at the Centre for Macroeconomic Research at Xiamen University, China. She holds a PhD in Economics from Fudan University and has been a post-doctoral fellow of the Institution of Economic Research, Hitotsubashi University, Japan. 

Currently, she is a Freeman Fellow at the Centre for East Asian and Pacific Studies at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in the United States. Her research interests include macroeconomics, growth theory, and international economics. Dr. Gong’s publications include “Assessing the Role of Aggregate Demand and Supply Stocks in China’s Macroeconomic Fluctuation,” with Wenpu Li in Economic Research Journal (Chinese).
