Sudatta Ray is an associate fellow at the Council on Energy, Environment and Water. She is currently pursuing a doctoral degree at Stanford University’s Emmett Interdisciplinary Program in Environment and Resources.
Sudatta has previously worked with the Ministry of Environment, Forests & Climate Change, Government of India. She has been closely associated with various aspects of climate change policy, serving as a negotiator for India at the Conference of the Parties meetings of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change.
