Wendy K. Dobson is professor and co-director, Institute for International Business at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management.

She is former associate deputy minister of finance in Canada and has served as independent director of a number of companies. She currently chairs the Pacific Trade and Development (PAFTAD) research network.
