CIGI Senior Fellow

Wil Burns is a CIGI senior fellow focused on research on climate geoengineering governance. Wil has published more than 75 articles in law, policy and science journals and has co-edited five books. He holds a Ph.D. in international environmental law from the University of Wales-Cardiff School of Law.

Bernard Colas is a CIGI senior fellow, effective August 2016. He is also a partner at CMKZ — Colas Moreira Kazandjian Zikovsky, an international trade and business law firm based in Montreal.

Neil Craik is a CIGI senior fellow, effective June 2015. He is an associate professor at the University of Waterloo with appointments to the Balsillie School of International Affairs and the School of Environment, Enterprise and Development, where he teaches and researches in the fields of international and Canadian environmental law.
