Background

Terry Sicular is a Senior Fellow at CIGI and one of North America’s leading experts on the Chinese economy. She has served as: professor, department of economics, University of Western Ontario; acting chair, department of economics, University of Western Ontario; associate professor, department of economics, Harvard University; assistant professor, Food Research Institute, Stanford University; and as instructor, department of agricultural economics, University of Wisconsin at Madison. She has also served as a consultant to international organizations such as The World Bank.
