Paul Heinbecker will speak about Canadian foreign policy at Craigleith Ski Club next Thursday.

Heinbecker, former Canadian ambassador and Canada's permanent representative to the United Nations, is the guest speaker at the Georgian Triangle Lifelong Learning Institute Founders' Lecture.

Heinbecker said he will present a positive view of Canada, a disappointed view of Canada's current diplomacy, and a prescription for what to do about it.
