By the end of the weekend, it's going to seem like May has been one long party in Waterloo.

Students bid their respective universities a bacchanalian farewell at the top of the month.

A week ago Friday in New York, Waterloo beat out six other cities to honestly brag about being the world's most intelligent community.

Tomorrow, the city turns 150. It's the youngest among Waterloo Region's three sibling cities. Galt, now part of Cambridge, became a village in 1850, Kitchener in 1854.
