An expert at a globally-minded local think-tank is saying the capture and death of Moammar Gadhafi allows the transitional Libyan government to carry on with the business of governing.

Senior CIGI Fellow, Dr. Bessma Momani told 570 News it has a lot of symbolic value, "but in real politique, it finally confirms that the old regime is done and the new regime can resume the business of governing."
