But the old Seagram distillery warehouse is now awaiting a new tenant after CIGI packed up the bulk of its operations and made the short move into the south wing of the adjacent CIGI campus building last week.

"It's a story of growth," said CIGI's vice-president of public affairs, Fred Kuntz. "We needed all this additional space."
