ICBC Canada, a renminbi clearing bank, was officially launched in Toronto on Monday, becoming the first RMB trading hub in the Western hemisphere.
Canadian Finance Minister Joe Oliver and Chinese ambassador to Canada Luo Zhaohui inaugurated the trading hub also known as ICBK.
