Waterloo - Canada's Technology Triangle (CTT) held its Third Annual International Reception and dinner last night at the Waterloo Inn, Waterloo.
Joe Clark, Canada's 16th Prime Minister, was keynote speaker. In a reference to the Mennonite heritage and barn building nature of the area, the former PC leader made a strong statement that suggested it was a cause of Canada's good standing across the globe. "I'm very much interested in the idea of community," Clark said to the group of 300 plus business, government and institutional attendees.
