WATERLOO — You know of two partnerships at the Centre for International Governance Innovation.
One is with Wilfrid Laurier University. The other is with the University of Waterloo.
But the think-tank, which opened its new $66-million dollar Erb Street campus with a K’naan concert on Friday, is cooking up a third partnership with a yet-to-be named school.
