Question: Chilean President Sebastián Piñera said last month that a group of Bolivians entered Chile in an apparent attempt to provoke Chile's national police into pursuing them back across the border. The incident happened just days after Bolivian President Evo Morales called on Chile to release three Bolivian soldiers who were arrested in Chile in January. The soldiers were allowed to return home on March 1. Where do Chile-Bolivia relations stand today? Will Bolivia see any progress in the near future on gaining long-sought access to the sea? Why or why not?
