Started at the Norman Paterson School of international Affairs at Carleton University, the series has brought together leading scholars, practitioners, journalists, and members of the NGO community for an assessment of the Canada’s foreign policy since 1984. Event Speakers

Dane Rowlands received his Ph.D. in economics from the University of Toronto and is currently the Paterson Professor of International Affairs at Carleton University. He teaches and conducts research on international development, the International Monetary Fund, conflict management and migration.

Juliet Johnson is an associate professor in the Department of Political Science at McGill University.
