Several CIGI experts are participating in this year's CEA conference in Ottawa. 

On Friday, June 3, at 10:30 a.m., Senior Fellow Jeff Rubin will deliver a CIGI-sponsored lecture titled "From Energy Superpower to World Breadbasket: The Transition of the Canadian Economy in the Age of Climate Change."

On Friday, June 3, at 10:30 a.m., Senior Fellow Pierre Siklos will participate on a panel by the Rimini Centre for Economic Analysis (RCEA) asking "Should The Bank Of Canada Raise The Inflation Target?"

On Saturday, June 4, at 8:30 a.m., Senior Research Associate Samantha St. Amand will participate on a panel focusing on unconventional monetary policies.

Event Speakers

Pierre L. Siklos is a CIGI senior fellow who specializes in macroeconomics, with an emphasis on the study of inflation, central banks and financial markets.
