Jeff Rubin is a CIGI senior fellow. A Canadian economist and bestselling author, Jeff is a world-leading energy expert and former chief economist and chief strategist at CIBC World Markets.
Pierre Siklos is a CIGI senior fellow. His research interests include applied time series analysis and monetary policy, with a focus on inflation and financial markets.
Samantha St. Amand is a CIGI senior research associate in the Global Economy Program. She has a B.A. (honours) in economics from Wilfrid Laurier University and an M.A. in economics from the University of Waterloo. Samantha previously worked as a research assistant at the Viessmann European Research Centre in Waterloo.
