The theme is the evaluation of prospective global climate policy systems from an economic and political perspective.


1. How effective are alternative approaches?

2. How is the burden of climate mitigation allocated among countries and regions?

3. How viable are alternative systems?

At least one sesssion will focus on policy challenges within North America and issues relating to Canada's role and interests in a global climate regime.
