Oonagh Fitzgerald, director of CIGI's International Law Research Program, will be moderator for a panel at the Climate Summit of the Americas.

Joining her panel is Ronaldo Seroa da Motta, currently the environmental studies coordinator for IPEA (Institute of Applied Economic Research); Stewart Elgie, chair of Sustainable Prosperity; Gary Gero, president of Climate Action Reserve; and Walter Dissinger, CEO of Votorantim Cimentos.

Oonagh E. Fitzgerald was director of international law at CIGI from April 2014 to February 2020. In this role, she established and oversaw CIGI’s international law research agenda, which included policy-relevant research on issues of international economic law, environmental law, IP law and innovation, and Indigenous law.
