The International Law Research Program (ILRP) of the Centre for International Governance Innovation (CIGI) has embarked on a project to publish a book for distribution by McGill-Queen’s University Press in the spring of 2020 titled, The Corporation in International, Transnational and Domestic Law and Governance – Canadian perspectives on Globalized Rule of Law, which will comprise a collection of chapters examining important emerging issues related to the corporation. The goal of the publication is to apply fresh international, domestic and Indigenous law and governance perspectives to the corporation as a key agent of globalization.

The idea of this workshop will be to provide an opportunity for each author to present their chapter proposal and engage in discussion with the other contributors to determine how the topics fit together, how to differentiate and complement where there is some overlap in topics, and whether there are any significant gaps that we need to address.
