Join the Centre for International Governance Innovation, The University of Toronto's Munk School, Jean Monnet Chair of York University, Glendon College School of International Affairs and the 27 Consuls of the European Union for a lively discussion on migration. 

The event will be moderated by Craig Damian Smith from the Department of Political Science at the University of Toronto and will feature: 

  • Dr. Tunde Juhasz - Administrative Government Commissioner for Csongrad County (Hungary)
  • Commander Massimo Tozzi - Italy's operation Mare Nostrum, Frontex's Operation Triton (Italy)
  • Mario J. Calla - Executive Director, COSTI Immigrant Services (Canada)

Speakers will share their unique experience and insight on issues related to migration from their work on the ground. A light lunch will be provided.
