Global Sustainability, Climate Change and Finance Policy focuses on innovative methods of regulating resources, including providing for innovative governance arrangements. The growing conversation on reforming sustainable policy that impacts the environment is moving beyond the academic into the realm of practical policy application. The financial system continues to channel investment in to unsustainable development and fails to integrate regulatory and physical risks in to their assessment of value and return on investment. How can South Africa’s experience moving towards a green economy, participating in the G20 and COP discussions, and managing resources inform the global discussion?

Domenico Lombardi will moderate a panel on International Organizations and Global Sustainability.

Olaf Weber will moderate a panel on Transition to a Green Economy – Case Studies.
