Presented by CIGI and the Balsillie School of International Affairs, high school students are invited for a free, one day Global Youth Forum on global peace and security, development and human rights issues.
2015 THEME: The UN@70 - 70th Anniversary of the United Nations
Students will take away a good understanding of the role and history of the UN, how it operates and the UN’s goals. (This forum is an optional primer for those students wishing to apply to also participate in the December 11 Waterloo Region High School Model UN programme).
