Speaker Bio

Barbara Stallings is the William R. Rhodes Research Professor at the Watson Institute for International Studies, Brown University, co-director of Brown’s Graduate Program in Development, and editor of Studies in Comparative International Development, a leading journal that is housed at the Institute. She is past director of the Watson Institute and of its Political and Economic Development Program.
