CIGI Global Economy Program Director Domenico Lombardi will deliver a keynote address at the Combined Forum for Ministers of Finance and of Planning, Secretaries of Finance and Planning and Central Bank Governors, organized by the Macroeconomic and Financial Management Institute of Eastern and Southern Africa (MEFMI). His keynote will be part of MEFMI's twentieth anniversary celebration.
