The 26/11 attack on Mumbai has been referred to as “India’s 9/11”. Yet, this actually plays down the degree to which Mumbai has become, since 1993, the most attacked city in the world. Saeed Naqvi, one of India’s leading journalists, discusses the roots and repercussions of the activities of Lashkar-e-Taiba, the group behind the Mumbai attacks, and other such entities, which have made India their preferred target, and the reasons for it.

Join us for a noon hour lecture with Mr. Saeed Naqvi, leading Indian journalist, television commentator, interviewer, and a Distinguished Fellow at Observer Research Foundation, New Delhi. Mr. Naqvi currently anchors the Primetime show “In Conversation” based on interviews with world statesman and celebrities on NewsX, news channel.
