CIGI's Robert Fay speaks at the T20 Spring Round Table on “Sustainable Investment for a Post-Covid World: The Role of the G20” on May 31 at 4:00 p.m. CEST. This event is organized by the T20 co-chair International Affairs Institute (IAI) and co-promoted by Assicurazioni Generali.

The world after COVID-19 should not return to the world that was. The pandemic has accelerated many trends already under way in the global economy, amplifying the need to rethink a greener and more inclusive world economy. This reorientation of global and collective priorities means we need to identify and pursue new long-term choices, from sustainable finance for a green recovery to resilience against systemic risks. The aim of this webinar is to shape a dialogue focused on how public and private institutions can support a long-term shift to build a green and just recovery and on how the Italian presidency of the G20 can support this effort. In the framework of a green and just recovery, this webinar will focus on how to foster long-term inclusive and sustainable development.
