The world's eyes will be on China in 2016. Mr. Martin will speak on China’s role as host of the 2016 G20 in reinforcing the multilateral institutions and international financial regulation. He will also raise the issue of global oceans in the context of climate change and the importance of strengthening Africa’s position within the G20. Sustained economic growth in China and the world requires an effective global steering committee.
