Ambassador Samad addressed the transition planks such as security, political, economic, and geo-political while looking at prospects (stalemate or not) and what needs to be done to assure some level of mission success in Afghanistan. He also touched on Canada’s role as it relates to Afghanistan in the past, current and future.
