In this video, Dr. Vic Neufeld comments on the theme of his chapter entitled, “A Stronger Role for Canada in Health Research in Africa.” Within his chapter, he argues that while Canada has a modest but useful track record to date, more could be done to address problems of fragmentation, imbalanced and ineffective research partnerships.

Released in June 2013, Canada Africa Relations: Looking Back, Looking Ahead — is published by The Centre for International Governance Innovation, in partnership with the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs at Carleton University.
