From November 6-17, representatives from government, the private sector, NGOs and civil society met in Bonn, Germany for COP23 — the twenty-third session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) — with the goal of moving forward on the implementation of the Paris Agreement.

Céline Bak, CIGI senior fellow and co-chair of the Think Tank 20 (T20) taskforce on climate policy and finance, was there. In this podcast, Bak outline five key takeaways from COP23, and gives her thoughts on what’s next in the fight against climate change.
