In episode eleven of season six, CIGI Senior Research Fellow David Estrin joins CIGI Senior Fellow and co-host Andrew Thompson for a discussion on climate change litigation.

Estrin, recognized as Canada’s senior environmental law specialist, discusses the emerging new role of citizen suits, domestic courts and human rights commissions in limiting dangerous climate change.
