Bio
Aladdin Diakun is a candidate for the University of Waterloo’s (UW) M.A. in global governance at the BSIA.
His research broadly explores environmental change, security, cities, governance and complexity. He is particularly concerned with the responses of diverse actors and institutions to the networked crises of the twenty-first century. Current projects include an investigation of the impact of intellectual property regimes on the governance landscape of geoengineering.
