Andrea Minano is a research manager of the Climate Risk Research Group at the University of Waterloo. She manages a team of researchers who specialize in flood policy and disaster risk management. She graduated in 2015 with a master of science degree in geography from the University of Waterloo. Her research areas include flood risk management in Canada, geovisualization of climate change impacts and climate adaptation. Andrea is also pursuing doctoral studies focusing on climate resilience in Canada.
