Bio
Andrew Adams is a graduate of the master’s of international public policy program at the Balsillie School of International Affairs (BSIA).
His research investigates why certain states within the New England Region converge and diverge on the acceptability of large-scale hydropower within each state’s Renewable Portfolio Standard. He holds an honours undergraduate degree in environment and business from the University of Waterloo.
