Ben Lockwood is Professor of Economics at the University of Warwick, UK. He has published widely on the empirical and theoretical aspects of tax competition and fiscal decentralization.

Prof. Lockwood is a Fellow of the Centre for Economic Policy Research, UK, and the Global Economy Group, CESifo, at the University of Munich. He is on the editorial boards of Finanzarchiv, International Tax and Public Finance, and the Journal of Macroeconomics.
