Bio
Goran Dulava is director of human resources at CIGI, where he leads the organization’s people and culture strategies, overseeing talent management, compensation and benefits, organizational development and employee experience initiatives.
With more than a decade of progressive HR leadership experience across municipal, corporate and non-profit sectors, Goran has guided organizations through change, policy modernization and equity-driven transformation. Before joining CIGI, he served as human resources business partner for the City of Waterloo and the City of Kitchener, where he supported labour and employee relations, recruitment and workforce development initiatives.
Goran holds a Certified Human Resources Leader designation and a B.A. in psychology from the University of Waterloo. He is passionate about developing high-performing, value-driven teams and fostering workplaces where people can thrive.
