James Baanabe Isingoma

James Baanabe Isingoma is the acting commissioner, Energy Resources Department in Uganda’s Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development. He obtained a degree in industrial chemistry from Makerere University in 1983, and holds a Master of Science in Energy Studies from the University of Sheffield, UK.
