Jamie Parr is a data scientist with extensive experience in survey statistics, program evaluation and international development. His work focuses on applying advanced statistical modelling, geospatial analytics and machine learning to critical global health challenges.

From leading complex survey analyses for the Feed the Future Initiative coordinated by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) to forecasting hospital occupancy rates and COVID-19 infection trends for the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office, Jamie has demonstrated an ability to extract meaningful insights from complex data sets. He also contributed to digital strategy development for USAID and led survey analysis on digital platform adoption and use among micro-, small and medium-sized enterprises across Latin America, Southeast Asia and South Asia.

With experience working in multiple countries and fluency in several languages, Jamie brings expertise in applying rigorous survey methodologies to inform policy on complex social issues ranging from nutrition and health systems to digital society.
